Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).

Prepare a baking tray: Toss potatoes, onion, and bell pepper (if using) with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.

Add the sausages on top of the vegetables.

Optionally, splash with white wine or water to keep things moist during baking.

Bake for 40–45 minutes, turning everything halfway through, until sausages are golden and potatoes are crispy.

Serve hot, ideally with crusty bread or a fresh green salad.
