Sbriciolata al Cioccolato:

Ingredients:

For the crust:

  • All-purpose flour – 250g

  • Butter – 125g (cold, cut into cubes)

  • Sugar – 100g

  • Egg yolk – 1

  • Baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon

  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon

  • A pinch of salt

For the chocolate filling:

  • Dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa) – 200g

  • Heavy cream – 200ml

  • Sugar – 50g (optional, depending on the sweetness of the chocolate)

  • Butter – 25g

  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
