Brioche senza impasto

Ingredients:

  • All-purpose flour – 500g

  • Sugar – 80g

  • Instant yeast – 7g (1 packet)

  • Salt – 8g

  • Eggs – 2 large (at room temperature)

  • Whole milk – 200ml (warm, about 37°C/98°F)

  • Butter – 100g (softened, at room temperature)

  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon (optional, for flavor)

  • Zest of 1 orange (optional, for fragrance)

For brushing:

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • Sugar (optional, for sprinkling)
