
Apple crumb pie: super fragrant and quick to prepare!
METHOD:
- Whisk flour with sugar, salt, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
- Add 1 egg and cold cubbed butter. Work the mixture together with your hands until crumbs form.
- Spread half of the crumbs on the bottom of the 20 cm baking pan.
- Whisk yogurt with 2 eggs and condensed milk, add raisins and apples, mix.
- Pour the filling on top of the crumb base and sprinkle chocolate on top. Add another half of the crumbs and bake at 180°C/350°F for 40 minutes.
