Fritole veneziane: la ricette

Ingredients:
500g all-purpose flour

200g sugar

3 eggs

250ml milk

100g butter (melted)

1 packet of dry yeast (7g) or 15g fresh yeast

1 pinch of salt

100g raisins (soaked in warm water or rum for added flavor)

50g pine nuts (optional)

Zest of 1 lemon or orange

1 tablespoon of rum (optional)

Vegetable oil for frying

Powdered sugar for dusting
