Biscotti Arlecchino

Ingredients:

  • 250g all-purpose flour

  • 100g butter (cold and cut into cubes)

  • 100g sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • A pinch of salt

  • Food coloring (red, green, yellow, and/or other colors, depending on preference)
